We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Backend Executive with strong experience in product listing and catalog management. The candidate will be responsible for managing the backend operations of our Amazon Seller account, creating and optimizing product listings under our brand, and ensuring compliance with marketplace standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Create, manage, and optimize product listings under our brand on Amazon Seller Central.
* Write SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.
* Upload product images, A+ content, variations, and ensure listing accuracy.
* Monitor suppressed or inactive listings and resolve issues promptly.
* Coordinate with internal design team for product images and content requirements.
* Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and category guidelines.
* Conduct competitor analysis and keyword research for better visibility.
* Track listing performance and suggest improvements for rankings and conversions.
* Manage inventory updates, pricing updates, and catalog hygiene.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Minimum **1–2 years of proven experience** managing Amazon product listings.
* Strong understanding of **Amazon Seller Central** tools and workflows.
* Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
* Ability to manage variations, parent-child relationships, and uploads via flat files.
* Familiarity with Amazon category approvals, listing errors, and troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working with private label or brand-registered products.
* Experience with Amazon UAE/SA/IN Marketplace (preferred but not mandatory).
* Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop for small listing updates is a plus.
