About The Role
We are looking for a warm, organized, and customer-oriented
Receptionist / Store Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our retail store. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors while efficiently handling store communications, coordination, and basic administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages efficiently.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, store visits, and service requests.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it reflects the brand's image at all times.
  • Support store teams in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Manage couriers, deliveries, and front-desk documentation.
  • Assist in billing, customer feedback collection, and basic reporting when required.
  • Handle queries and redirect them to appropriate departments.

Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Have to interact with all retail employees.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or Customer Service role (Retail experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
