About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Developer / Sales Generator to join our team at Ramaya Grand, Sector 143, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present company products/services to clients and close sales deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with management to implement effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (real estate/hospitality preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Female candidates only, aged 20–40 years.
