Service & Guest Experience
- Assist in supervising floor service during meal periods to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
- Greet guests, manage table assignments, and support reservation handling.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure service standards, sequence of service, and brand guidelines are consistently followed.
- Support upselling and menu knowledge initiatives to enhance the dining experience.
Operational Support
- Assist the Restaurant Captain in preparing the dining area before service (mise en place).
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Monitor cleanliness, table settings, and overall ambiance of the restaurant.
