Job Purpose

To manage high-net-worth (HNW) clients, provide tailored financial advice, and offer investment solutions aligned with their financial goals. The role involves building strong client relationships, driving portfolio growth, and delivering a superior banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to HNW clients.

    • Build and manage a portfolio of high-value clients.

    • Understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.

  • Financial Planning & Investment Advisory:

    • Recommend appropriate investment products like mutual funds, bonds, equities, PMS, AIFs, and insurance based on risk profiling.

    • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and rebalancing.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while advising.

  • Business Development:

    • Acquire new HNW clients through referrals, networking, and personal connections.

    • Drive cross-sell opportunities in loans, deposits, and wealth products.

  • Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure complete documentation and adherence to KYC/AML norms.

    • Monitor and mitigate portfolio risk.

  • Customer Experience:

    • Deliver a high standard of service.

    • Proactively resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • AMFI/NISM certification preferred.

  • 4–8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or HNI relationship management.

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, products, and regulations.
