Job Title: AI Solutions Engineer (AWS Ecosystem Preferred) – Mid-Level

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full Time

You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable AI/ML applications that solve real-world business challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to complex customer challenges.
  • Translate complex customer challenges into optimized AI/ML solutions.
  • Build and deploy Agentic AI systems and RAG-powered applications.
  • Develop and optimize pipelines using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain
  • Architect and deploy solutions using AWS GenAI & ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, Lex, Lambda, S3, etc.)
  • Monitor system health, performance, and cost efficiency Implement MLOps best practices: CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining, and scaling.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and embeddings.
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and product managers to ensure clear communication and measurable impact.
  • Balance performance, cost, and security in every solution.

Requirements

  • 04 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in GenAI applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, OpenSearch), and RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs.
  • Knowledge of MLOps practices, version control, and deployment workflows.
  • Experience with AWS GenAI and ML services; cloud-native architecture knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Awareness of data security, governance, and cost optimization (FinOps mindset).
