Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an RH-Microfinance at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, located in Begusarai. The RH-Microfinance will be responsible for conducting financial analyses, preparing financial statements, and managing finance-related tasks. Key day-to-day tasks include evaluating loan applications, maintaining accounting records, and providing exceptional communication to various stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and supporting the overall financial health of the bank are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance expertise
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and maintaining Accounting records
- Excellent Communication skills
- Prior experience in the banking or microfinance sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
