What You'll Own

You'll work directly with the CMO, and you'll run the engine that brings it all to life.

  • Execute cross-vertical marketing
    for Assessments, HRO, Consulting, AI+HR, Wellbeing, L&OD.
  • Build a lead magnet factory
    – decks, case studies, cold email flows, landing pages, drip campaigns.
  • Power our platforms and events
    like
    FutureScope
    ,
    Wellbeing Awards
    , and
    AI + HR Playbooks
    .
  • Manage the content machine
    – writers, designers, videos, AI tools, deadlines. Fast. Sharp. On-brand.
  • Run experiments
    – performance ads, SEO tests, WhatsApp funnels, LinkedIn hacks. CAC and leads are your obsession.
  • Amplify our voice
    – repurpose founder/consultant insights into content that makes CHROs hit "connect" or "book meeting".

Who You Are

You're not waiting for direction. You're asking, "What can I ship this week?"

You've got:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on
    B2B marketing execution
    (SaaS, HRTech, Consulting, EdTech)
  • Proven ability to
    run campaigns end-to-end
    — not just ideate, but build, ship, measure, optimise.
  • Obsessed with clarity, storytelling, and conversion — in decks, content, and funnels.
  • Familiar with tools like Notion, Canva, ChatGPT, Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Suite, and more.
  • Bonus: You've worked on content + campaign ops for multi-vertical companies or service orgs.
