Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Data Engineer based in Pune. The Lead Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, perform data modeling, and create ETL processes. The role involves managing data warehouses, enabling efficient data storage and retrieval, and conducting data analysis to support business decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with organizational goals is a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing
  • Expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes
  • Experience with Data Analytics and interpreting data for actionable insights
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and familiarity with big data technologies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
  • Experience in cloud-based data storage systems is a plus
