Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and greet visitors/clients with professionalism.
  • Office Operations: Maintain office files, digital records, and coordinate daily office activities.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies (stationery, toiletries, pantry items) and place orders as needed to avoid shortages.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for housekeeping, maintenance, and IT support to ensure facility upkeep.
  • HR Support: Assist in basic HR tasks such as maintaining attendance logs, leave records, and onboarding new employees.
  • Documentation: Draft letters, memos, and reports, and perform data entry tasks using Google Sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree B.Comm (preferred) or any other field with relevant experience.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative or front-desk role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail).
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
