Responsibilities
→ Manage end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
→ Implement and monitor GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and safety compliance.
→ Supervise and train plant staff, including shift teams and operators.
→ Oversee equipment maintenance, preventive measures, and operational efficiency.
→ Manage inventory, raw material supply, and cold-chain logistics.
→ Report operational metrics, analyse performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
→ Minimum 2 years' experience in managing dairy or food manufacturing plant operations.
→ Strong understanding of food safety standards, production planning, and machinery operations.
→ Leadership and team management skills.
→ Ability to problem-solve, make decisions under pressure, and maintain operational excellence.
→ Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and safety protocols is preferred.
