About the Role

As a
Performance Consultant
, you'll be part of a team that designs and delivers people transformation solutions that help organizations unlock performance, shape culture, and accelerate business outcomes.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with clients at the CXOs level to understand their talent, leadership, and culture challenges, and co-create impactful learning and performance solutions. You'll blend strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a deep understanding of human behaviour to help organizations and individuals achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Open new channels of engagement at CxOs levels – strengthening our position as a talent management transformational partner.
• Deeply engage with CxOs to discover challenges they are facing in their business priorities, people initiatives, and strategic goals – that we can address.
• Identify and diagnose performance gaps – at individual and organizational levels using performance consulting, thought leadership, and deep domain/functional understanding.
• Become trusted business advisors to CxOs by responding to moments that matter for clients and making a difference.
• Interconnect client issues and challenges with market trends, KSPL products and services, and learning methodologies to create sustainable and impactful solutions.
• Design and articulate consulting recommendations in a manner that allows decision makers and CxOs to visualize future impact and potential.
• Think and speak in frameworks - showcasing KSPLs thought leadership and building confidence in our ability to address some of clients most complex talent management challenges.
• Collaborate with KNOLSKAPE's product, content design, and facilitation teams to shape the future of experiential learning.

Required Competencies

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting.
• Proven expertise in Talent Management, HR Consulting, or Organizational Development.
• Strong consultative selling capabilities with the ability to diagnose needs, design solutions, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Solid understanding of learning science, leadership development, and behavioural change methodologies.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to design and implement integrated talent solutions.
• Demonstrates strong executive presence with compelling and persuasive communication skills.
• Skilled in bringing clarity to complex ideas through storyboarding and storytelling.
• Uses an analytical, data-driven mindset to solve problems and measure impact.
• Exhibits a collaborative working style, a growth mindset, and a strong drive for continuous learning.
