Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Support in organizing meetings and events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, printers, fax machines).
