Job Description:
  • Knowledge of good Laboratory practices & STD sampling procedures.
  • Knowledge of ink / paints, various testing procedures & RM / FG testing methods.
  • Operational knowledge of lab instruments, Spectrophotometer, GLC, Karl fisher, Viscometer etc.
  • Awareness of safety, MSDS.
  • Systematic approach and Planning abilities
  • Exposure to ISO-(QMS, EMS, OHSAS) & TPM
  • Working experience of SAP modules.
  • Knowledge of Analytical Testing Techniques, Conduction of Experiments in the QC Lab for Trial batches, Operations of Titrations, LOD, Moisture Content, Testing of Amines, Testing of Couplers, Testing of Raw materials. Candidates of Azo-Disperse Background will be given good preference.
  • Understanding of Safety Standards & Hoe to help the Lab procedures to follow Safety Standards. Should perform routine testing & inspection of Lab equipment & materials, participation in Internal & External Audits.
  • GC-Ms, HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, Conductivity Meter, Melting Point Apparatus, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, Karl Fischer Automatic Titration Apparatus, Oven, Ph - Meter, Polarimeter, Autoclave, Calibration Records & Routine Audits.
