CUSTOMER SERVICE & MAINTENANCE COORDINATORPosition Level: Mid-level / Coordination Salary Range: ₹22,000 - ₹30,000/month + performance bonus (10%)Experience Required: 3-4 years in customer service, operations coordination, or field service managementReports To: Operations Manager / FounderKey Responsibilities:Maintenance Scheduling & Operations:Manage monthly maintenance calendar for all active customersSchedule maintenance visits 1 week in advance with 24-hour remindersCoordinate with technicians to optimize routes and reduce travel timeTrack maintenance completion and generate reportsMonitor filter inventory and reorder based on maintenance schedulesPrepare maintenance kits for each technician visitCustomer Communication:Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hoursSchedule consultation calls and installation appointmentsSend monthly reminders for maintenance due datesHandle maintenance complaints and escalationsCollect customer feedback post-installation and post-maintenanceMaintain customer database with accurate informationDocumentation & Reporting:Record all maintenance activities and customer interactions in CRMGenerate monthly maintenance and performance reportsTrack KPIs: customer retention, response time, satisfaction scoresMaintain customer contact lists and communication historyPrepare invoice and billing documentationDocument spare parts usage and recommend inventory replenishmentQuality Assurance:Quality-check technician reports for completeness and accuracyFollow up on any outstanding issues or concernsCollect and analyze customer satisfaction feedback Identify training needs for maintenance teamTrack customer churn and identify at-risk accountsKey Skills:Customer relationship managementStrong organizational and time management skillsCRM system proficiencyAttention to detail Communication (phone, email, messaging)Problem-solving mindset Basic technical knowledge (air purification systems)Success Metrics:Response time to customer inquiries:
