Job Overview

SolidEdge Industries is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This full-time, junior position requires 1 to 3 years of experience in dispatch coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of products, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with dispatch coordination with a minimum of 1 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in telly is a must to handle financial transactions and inventory management efficiently. (Mandatory skill)

  • Excellent logistical planning abilities to ensure smooth operation and distribution processes.

  • Oversee and manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of product shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and records related to dispatch operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production teams to align dispatch schedules with stock availability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the dispatch system and enhance customer satisfaction.
