E-Commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce Account Manager to manage Amazon seller/vendor accounts and lead a team of associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing listings, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth operations while mentoring and guiding the team to achieve business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Account Management & Leadership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related activities, including Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
- Lead and mentor a team of account executives/associates to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
Listing Optimization:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings to improve visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's guidelines.
Advertising & Promotions:
- Develop and execute Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns, Sponsored Product Ads, and other promotional strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
Inventory & Operations Management:
- Monitor inventory levels, manage FBA shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or overstock.
Performance & Competitor Analysis:
- Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
Customer Service & Policy Compliance:
- Oversee customer reviews, ratings, and feedback, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, terms of service, and algorithm updates to prevent penalties.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align Amazon strategies with broader business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills:
- Candidate must have pursued/ be pursuing BBA/MBA/B.Com/PGD/MCA/BE/MBDA or any relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in E-Commerce account management, preferably Amazon Seller/Vendor Central.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email correspondence.
- Fluency in English communication is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and result-oriented skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
