Marketplace Growth Manager — Full-Time, Onsite (Two Brands: Food & Home)

We are building two exciting new brands — one in the Food category and one in the Home category — and we're looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketplace Growth Manager to lead, build and scale our presence across major marketplaces in India and the USA.

What You'll Drive

  • Identify high-potential product opportunities and emerging demand trends for both brands.
  • Build, optimise and scale listings across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra Home, Amazon USA, Walmart Marketplace, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create high-converting listings (titles, bullets, A+/Enhanced Content, keyword SEO, competitive positioning).
  • Develop category-wise pricing, margin and assortment strategies for each marketplace.
  • Plan and run performance-driven ads (Amazon PPC, Walmart Ads) and platform promotions.
  • Manage deals, events, keyword strategies, review-building, and daily marketplace operations.
  • Implement marketplace-compliant tactics to boost visibility, trust and repeat sales.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics with weekly/monthly dashboards and action plans.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, creative, compliance and customer service for smooth execution.
  • Take full ownership of marketplace growth — from launch to scaling — with accountability for outcomes.

Who You Are

  • 4–8 years of proven marketplace or e-commerce experience.
  • Hands-on expertise with Amazon USA and Walmart Marketplace operations, advertising and compliance.
  • Strong experience across Indian platforms — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra Home, etc.
  • Deep practical expertise with Amazon analytics tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout, etc., including keyword research, competitive analysis and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to manage two distinct brands across multiple categories and geographies.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and adept at using dashboards, sheets and analytical tools.
  • A proactive executor with strong ownership, initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
