Delivery Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager with 34 years of experience in digital marketing to lead the successful and timely delivery of digital marketing projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, act as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, and optimize delivery processes to maximize results across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital marketing projects (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Paid Campaigns) for multiple clients
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and technical teams to execute high-quality campaigns according to client requirements
- Serve as main point of contact for clients, providing updates, clarifying briefs, and managing expectations professionally
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and client review
- Facilitate meetings, document and track action items, and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Monitor delivery schedules, resource allocation, and KPIs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Collect and integrate client feedback into ongoing and future campaigns for continuous improvement
- Uphold clear, solution-driven communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in digital marketing project or delivery management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, content, and paid media
- Strong organizational, issue-resolution, and multitasking skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
