Job Description: HR Recruiter Intern
Headsup Corporation is an HR consulting firm that partners with MSMEs and startups to solve HR needs. Our team includes HR, psychology, design, content, social media, and IT professionals.
Roles and responsibilities
Candidate sourcing & assessment
- Find and attract candidates using job portals and networks.
- Assess candidates via interviews, basic skills checks, and reference checks.
- Perform initial screenings to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and applications for key qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
- Collect and share interview feedback promptly.
- Support salary discussions and prepare offer details.
- Assist with the handover to onboarding teams after offer acceptance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring to inform sourcing.
- Share candidate leads and market insights with the team.
- Participate in meetings to improve recruitment processes.
Internship details
- Duration: 3 months, possible extension based on performance.
- Stipend: INR 3,000 - 7,000/month (final amount based on experience).
- Hours: Full-time
- Mode: Remote
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one.
- At least 2 months' experience in end-to-end recruitment or relevant projects/internships.
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Basic Excel skills (filters, simple formulas).
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Previous HR/recruitment internship experience.
- Organized, good time management, adaptable.
- Experience with ATS or recruiting tools; HR-related certifications are a plus.
