Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for both influencers and brand partners.

  2. Handle all brand enquiries and partnership opportunities.

  3. Negotiate deals and contracts with brands on behalf of creators.

  4. Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing, content timelines, deliverables, reporting).

  5. Ensure proper communication between brands and creators, resolving issues promptly.

  6. Monitor campaign performance and ensure deliverables meet brand expectations.

  7. Maintain strong relationships with influencers to support their growth and development.

  8. Keep records of brand collaborations, contracts, and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).

  2. Strong negotiation, coordination, and relationship management skills.

  3. Knowledge of Instagram, social media trends, and digital marketing.

  4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
