Job Summary:

Akova Fintech Solutions is looking for a Back Office Intern to support its data and operations team. This is a 3-month paid internship designed for individuals eager to gain real-world exposure in business operations, data handling, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have good command over Advanced Excel and a basic understanding of SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and manage data in internal systems and reports.

· Prepare and analyze reports using Advanced Excel and SQL.

· Support administrative and operational documentation tasks.

· Coordinate with internal departments for workflow updates.

· Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.)

· Basic working knowledge of SQL

· Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

· Good communication and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Internship Details:

· Duration: 3 Months

· Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

· Shift: Day Shift (Preferred)

· Mode: Full-time Internship (On-site, Kolkata)
