Functional Expertise:
- Comprehensive understanding of the Go-To-Market function. Rate card, product understanding (Captain App/ Merchant App), etc.
- Equipping sales teams with necessary tools, materials, and dashboards to create real time visibility of the performance metrics.
Problem Solving:
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of GTM strategies.
- Analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize GTM approaches continuously.
- Adhoc analytics requirements for team's easy access to look at business performance.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements or automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Analyzing data to derive actionable insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making processes.
- End to end understanding of the data flows & processes to be able to identify gaps, if any.
Interaction:
- Interacting with the sales teams to understand data use cases & provide dashboarding at an area/ zone & region level.
- Working closely with the data science & product development teams to align product features with market
- demands & create tracking for the same. Collaborating with the Marketing teams to efficiently utilize the CRM
- channel for both captains & merchants, further creating funnel movements for app usage.
