Our team includes people from 30+ countries, and we operate fully remotely. We move fast, think entrepreneurially, and focus on creating growth — both for our clients and for our team. We are now hiring an Online Review Management Intern to help manage and improve our online reputation across multiple brands.

About the Role As a Review Management Intern, you will help maintain and strengthen our public reputation across platforms such as Google Business, Trustpilot, Facebook, TripAdvisor, industry directories, and niche review sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update review profiles
    • Keep all profiles fully updated with accurate information, branding, and contact details
    • Upload and organise reviews internally
    • Identify outdated or duplicate listings

  • Respond to reviews
    • Reply to positive, neutral, and negative reviews using our guidelines
    • Escalate sensitive reviews when needed
    • Track review trends and sentiment

  • Support review-generation efforts
    • Assist with outreach to previous clients
    • Create templates for review requests
    • Use automation tools (training provided)
    • Monitor follow-ups and responses

  • Maintain quality and consistency
    • Ensure all public-facing profiles reflect our service standards
    • Support real-time monitoring of new incoming reviews

Requirements

You don't need prior experience, but you should have:
• Strong written English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good organisation and time management
• Ability to follow processes accurately
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfort engaging across multiple platforms

Nice to Have (Optional)

  • Experience with Google Business, Trustpilot, etc.

  • Social media or customer service background
