Job Title: Senior Manager SAP EWM Functional

Experience Required: 10 to 20 years

Location: Bangalore / Pune /Mumbai /Gandhinagar

Role Overview:

In SAP EWM, you will lead end-to-end warehouse management solutions using SAP EWM. Youll manage teams, guide clients, and ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP EWM implementation and rollout projects.
  • Act as a solution architect for warehouse and logistics processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of EWM functionalities.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with SAP technical teams.
  • Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, TM).
  • Provide strategic input on process improvements and digital transformation.
  • Mentor junior consultants and build team capabilities.
  • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills:

  • Deep expertise in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with S/4HANA and embedded EWM.
  • Proven leadership in managing large-scale SAP projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10–20 years of SAP experience, with at least 5+ years in EWM.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
  • Certifications in SAP EWM or S/4HANA are a plus.
