  • Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a target-oriented sales strategy to meet company goals.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales target or as per company standards).
  • Lead and motivate field sales and telesales teams to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Generate leads through field visits, vendor onboarding, and business networking.
  • Build strong relationships with builders, dealers, and hardware suppliers.
  • Track daily performance, visit reports, and sales pipeline through CRM or reporting sheets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, product training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
  • Handle key client negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports with target vs. achievement analysis.
