Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets within the construction and infrastructure domain. The role involves strategic planning, client engagement, tender participation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project acquisition and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and developers.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with project, estimation, and procurement teams for pricing and technical submissions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely service delivery.
  • Represent the company in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in B2B / project sales within the construction, real estate, or interiors industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
