I. Position 1 - Mechanical

A. Responsibilities -

• Develop project plans for execution of mechanical erection works across various packages for a thermal power project including boiler, main power house, BoP components
• Plan and generate look-ahead for erection material delivery coordinating directly with manufacturing units
• Review task preparation in terms of availability of desired inputs for construction incl. design, manpower , equipment & material
• Track contractor resource and manpower requirement aligned with meeting construction targets
• Suggest strategies/execution practices to expedite mechanical erection activities
• Coordination with engineering team for resolution of any issues
• Develop project plans for mechanical erection aligned with system readiness/overall commissioning
• Preparation of capex plan for mechanical erection works
• Follow up with various contractors/execution agencies for various execution related targets/commitments
• Assistance in monitoring contractor performance

B. Experience -

• 8-15 years of experience in mechanical works for large infrastructure projects with minimum 6+ years of managing mechanical works for a large thermal power project (preferably boiler/turbine erection)
• Candidate should have good presentation skills, good command on English
• Position requires deployment on project site (Mancherial, Telangana)
• Early/immediate joiners

C. Qualification - B.E. Mechanical from top engineering colleges. Post Graduation is an added advantage

II. Position 2 - Project Manager

A. Responsibilities -

• End to end support of construction project lifecycle encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline coordination & resource planning
• Preparation of integrated L3 Schedule using project scheduling software - Microsoft Projects/ Primavera P6
• Responsible for planning & monitoring functional schedules with focus on sequencing, durations, dependencies, constraints & resource requirement
• Conducting project schedule analysis to identify delay/ lags in the project and to derive mitigation strategies to overcome the delays
• Manage discussions with contractors to review progress, understand concerns & developing mitigation actions
• Inter discipline & inter functional coordination engineering, procurement & construction
• Support in project contract management including alignment of contractual terms with project objectives
• Assistance in monitoring contractor performance
• Stakeholder progress reporting through MIS reports and generating key action points for the project

B. Experience -

• 5-10 years of experience in project planning/project management/contracts management for power, renewable energy projects. Minimum 2 years of experience in thermal projects is mandatory
• Candidate should have good presentation skills, good command on English
• Experience of using tools like power BI is desirable
• Early/immediate joiners

C. Qualification - B.E. Mech/Civil/Electrical from top engineering colleges. Post Graduation (MBA/Post graduate diploma in Construction/Engineering Management shall be preferred)

D. Location - Project locations for this assignment may be in Delhi NCR

III. Position 3 - Civil Manager

A. Responsibilities -

• Develop project plans for execution of civil works across various packages for a thermal power project
• Review task preparation in terms of availability of desired inputs for construction incl. design, manpower , equipment & material
• Track contractor resource and manpower requirement aligned with meeting construction targets
• Suggest strategies/execution practices to expedite project civil activities
• Coordination with engineering team for resolution of any issues
• Generation of three month look-ahead for various civil packages
• Preparation of capex plan for civil packages
• Follow up with various contractors/execution agencies for various execution related targets/commitments
• Assistance in monitoring contractor performance

B. Experience -

• 5-8 years of experience in civil works for large infrastructure projects with atleast one project involving civil works for a large thermal power project
• Candidate should have good presentation skills, good command on English
• Position requires deployment on project site Yamunanagar, Haryana (near delhi NCR region)
• Early/immediate joiners preferred

C. Qualification - B.E. Civil from top engineering colleges. Post Graduation is an added advantage

D. Location - Project site in Yamunanagar, Haryana (near Delhi NCR)

IV. Position 4 - Mechanical expert

A. Responsibilities -
