Customer Care Executive - Engish

Job Role:

To handle client communication, maintain strong relationships, and support the sales team by converting inquiries into active clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain digital marketing services.
  • Handle inbound client queries through phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure smooth conversion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal digital marketing teams.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, leads, and feedback.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and quick issue resolution.

Skills Required:

  • Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads).
  • Ability to convince and convert clients.
  • Telephone etiquette and polite communication.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any graduate or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
