Role Overview

We are seeking an SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud integrations. The consultant will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting CPI iFlows, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CPI iFlows on a daily basis to ensure smooth and error-free integrations.
  • Analyze and resolve iFlow failures and integration issues in S/4HANA Public Cloud landscape.
  • Coordinate with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data or mapping issues.
  • Perform basic enhancements or configuration changes to existing iFlows where needed.
  • Document recurring issues and propose permanent fixes or improvements.
  • Support deployment, regression testing, and cutover activities related to integrations.
  • Provide regular health status reports and proactively identify potential risks.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
  • Mandatory experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud integrations.
  • Good understanding of integration patterns such as OData, SOAP, REST, and IDoc.
  • Strong skills in monitoring, error handling, and troubleshooting CPI iFlows.
  • Basic knowledge of Groovy scripting preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work across functional and technical teams.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to SAP BTP services like API Management or Event Mesh.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or MDG integration scenarios.

Interested candidates should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a Public Cloud environment.
