The Lead SDE (Full Stack) drives end-to-end development of scalable applications, combining hands-on coding with team leadership. This role ensures technical excellence, fosters collaboration, and aligns deliverables with business goals. Your expertise in writing clean code, testing, debugging, and improving software will be key to delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and Developer: Lead hands-on development of scalable, high-quality features using full-stack technologies.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of 2-5 engineers, ensuring adherence to Agile practices and technical excellence.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. Act as a liaison between the engineering team and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Project Leadership: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and delegate them effectively. Monitor project progress and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and drive innovation within the team. Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a product-based company with exposure to Agile practices, sprints, and production deployments. Leadership experience managing 2-5 team members.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in full-stack technologies like Java. NET with C#, , MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, AngularJS, ReactJS, or ExtJS. Experience with writing unit test cases, code reviews, and creating design documents.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong coding and problem-solving skills with the ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
