Manager / Senior Manager - Sales

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership for meeting numbers across product lines
  • Provide inputs to develop new products based on market intelligence
  • Work back with Account Leadership teams to nurture customer relationships
  • Provide inputs related to customer demographic and purchase behavior to develop marketing plans

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales (to mid-market Indian clients)
  • Proven history of beating sales targets y-o-y

Education:

  1. Bachelor's Degree is mandatory
  2. Post Graduate in degree in any related field would be a plus

Salary structure : Fixed + Bonus + Sales Incentives + ESOPs
