Arthan is hiring for Marico Innovation Foundation (MIF) a not-for-profit organization by Marico Ltd. that supports innovation and entrepreneurship in India. The Foundation works towards strengthening the Indian innovation ecosystem by identifying, nurturing, and scaling impactful innovations across sectors.
We are looking for a Manager Marketing Communications & Partnerships to lead the Foundations marketing, digital, and PR strategies. The role involves driving engagement, enhancing brand visibility, building strategic partnerships, and promoting flagship programs and initiatives that advance MIFs mission to make innovation mainstream in India.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and execute an integrated annual marketing and communications strategy aligned with MIFs mission and programs.
Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO,
social media, email campaigns, and online community engagement.- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Manage agency partners and drive strategic collaborations for key initiatives.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
- Oversee creation of impactful multimedia content such as newsletters, press releases, videos, and case studies.
- Lead marketing, communication, and outreach efforts for flagship awards programs and annual events.
- Drive content strategy and amplification before, during, and after key programs.
- Coordinate partnerships, outreach, and jury management to ensure successful event delivery.
- Monitor timelines, ensure deliverables, and measure program outcomes effectively.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and ecosystem influencers.
- Identify and coordinate media participation opportunities for MIFs leadership and programs.
- Manage press engagements, interviews, and media presence to enhance MIFs visibility.
- Support internal communications to promote alignment and engagement across teams.
- Identify and onboard ecosystem partners across government bodies, accelerators, investors, educational institutes, and entrepreneurship communities.
- Collaborate to co-create initiatives and amplify MIFs impact across innovation and climate-focused domains.
- Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team, providing strategic direction and hands-on guidance.
MBA in Marketing or equivalent degree.
- 8- 10 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or communications roles.
- Proven experience in digital strategy, social media, analytics, media relations, and partnerships.
- Hands-on experience in event management and program marketing is a strong plus.
Strong execution capabilities and a self-starter attitude.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
