Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Process Trainer, located in Bengaluru North. The BPO Process Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to equip employees with process knowledge and client-specific requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with team leads and management to address training needs. The candidate will also oversee process updates, support quality assurance, and ensure adherence to best practices in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Process Training, Business Process Improvement, and Workflow Optimization.
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and Training Program Implementation expertise.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic requirements, team collaboration, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Experience in BPO or Call Center Operations is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field; certifications in Training or Process Management are an added advantage.

Salary: 30k CTC
