Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Engineering, located in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will oversee and manage engineering teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include leading software development efforts, driving product innovation, managing timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience. You will also mentor team members, establish engineering best practices, and foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

Experience


• 15+ years in software engineering; 8+ in engineering leadership


• Built and scaled enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platforms


• Led organizations of 100–200 engineers


• Experienced in transformation, modernization, and platform evolution

Technical Expertise


• Strong in Azure, microservices, distributed systems


• Skilled in CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, API design, observability


• Experience with AI and automation initiatives

Leadership & Communication


• Proven leader of high-performing, reliable engineering teams


• Strong executive communication and decision influence


• Experience with distributed global teams
