Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential corporates, ministries, state governments, government agencies, and PSUs.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the public and institutional sectors.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective prioritization and adherence to timelines.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term growth and business expansion.
  • Identify client needs and customise solutions to meet organisational objectives.
  • Maintain an active presence on social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) for brand visibility and outreach.
  • Oversee website management, ensuring updated content, performance tracking, and alignment with organisational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-6 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably within Government Business or PSU sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree (BBA/BMS) or MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business
  • Proven track record in lead generation, closing deals, and growing revenue streams from corporates, ministries, state governments, government agencies, and PSUs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong understanding of corporate, institutional, government processes, procurement systems, and public-sector dynamics.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and adept at working across departments to achieve strategic business goals.
