Job Description:KEY RESPONSIBLITIESThe Incident and Problem Manager is a responsive and committed professional responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of incident and problem management processes to ensure timely resolution of IT service disruptions and root cause analysis to prevent recurrenceThis role requires proactive collaboration across multiple departments managing major incidents with urgency and professionalism and driving continuous improvement in IT service managementEducational Qualification Any Graduate Preferably graduated in ITExperience 10 years experienceKey Responsibilities:JOB BRIEFDetailed Job DescriptionStrong expertise in SimCorp Dimension in at least one area egAlternatives Investment Reconciliation Corporate Actions Trade processing Collateral Cash Processing FeesDelivering IBOR aspects of SimCorp Dimension implementations including design configuration integration and testConducting workshops minimum requirement of being an active listener and creating documentation as part of the Clarification Design phase IBOR streamDelivering client training sessions in SimCorp DimensionOrganizing knowledge sharing sessions with the teamBeing a mentor or buddy for newcomers within the area of expertise IBORParticipating remotely or on site in implementation projects around the world different time zones gathering understanding and documenting client technical requirements and configuring systems based on specific client needsPreparing test cases support System Integration Tests SIT and User Acceptance Tests UATPerform configuration hand over to the client and support the client with the testing of functionalityConstantly expanding knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and the clients business in order to ensure that clients get the optimal configuration and workflowCollaborating with colleagues from the team and other teams and cooperate closely with clients and the project team demonstrating good communication skills and a good level of EnglishBachelor s degree in Finance Economics Physics Math Science or EngineeringUnderstanding of middle back office day to day processing workflowsPossess great analytical skills proactiveness and a holistic approach to the project with knowledge or interest in investment finance egfinancial instruments capital markets transaction processing reconciliation settlement alternative investment fund accounting investment accounting general ledgerTechnical Requirements:Mandatory Technical SkillSimCorp Dimension Configuration ExpertiseDeep hands on experience configuring modules like FAP FAM Finance Account Assignments and Finance Accounting Schemes 1Ability to implement and optimize SimCorp Dimension for IBOR related workflowsIBOR to ABOR Workflow KnowledgeSolid understanding of Investment Book of Record IBOR and its integration with Accounting Book of Record ABOR 1Experience in managing data flows and reconciliation between front middle and back office systemsPreferred Skills:Technology->Database->SQL tuning
