Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for a Technical Project Manager - Product Development located in Ranchi. The role involves managing and overseeing product development projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing project schedules, managing budgets, ensuring quality assurance, and aligning project goals with organizational objectives. Regular reporting on project progress and proactively addressing risks to meet deliverables are integral to this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving, strategic planning, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning for efficient resource allocation
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and innovation within the product development lifecycle
  • Expertise in program management to oversee and coordinate multiple projects
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus
  • Previous experience in technical project management in a similar industry is preferred
