Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end Recruitment & Selection
  • Employee Onboarding & Documentation
  • Attendance, Leave & HRMS Management
  • Payroll Coordination, ESI & PF Compliance
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare Initiatives
  • Handling Employee Grievances
  • Performance support & HR policy execution
  • Preparation of HR MIS Reports

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes & Labor Laws
  • Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP / Pivot Table preferred)
  • Good decision-making & confidentiality ethics
  • Strong time management (because HR is always on time )

Salary: Based on experience & industry standards
