Role Description

The Desktop Support Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Akola. The role involves providing frontline technical support for desktop computers, printers, and other related hardware. Daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users in resolving technical problems, and ensuring seamless operational functionality for the company's IT equipment. The Desktop Support Specialist will collaborate with the IT team to maintain a reliable and efficient computing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Desk Top Support
• Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Experience in Printer Support and related hardware maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an on-site environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plus
• Relevant experience in the IT or manufacturing industry is advantageous
