Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Harda, Hoshangabad, Sehore, Bhopal for a Collection Executive. The Collection Executive will be responsible for managing debt collection activities, including contacting debtors, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves monitoring and controlling credit limits, ensuring timely settlements, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes. Effective communication with clients and internal teams is crucial to achieving company financial goals.

Qualifications

• Credit Control and Debt Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience in Finance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
