Role Overview

As a Client Outreach Specialist, youll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. You'll schedule virtual meetings, maintain outreach databases, and ensure detailed documentation including Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and lead reports.

The role requires excellent English communication (spoken & written), strong data handling skills, and proficiency in lead generation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients across target sectors (corporates, hospitals, warehouses, co-working spaces, retail, startups).
  • Perform data mining from platforms such as LinkedIn, , Crunchbase, Justdial, IndiaMART, etc.
  • Build and maintain a structured lead database in Excel/CRM.
  • Perform cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads.

Client Communication & Meetings

  • Conduct introductory and follow-up calls to qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Handle virtual meetings (Google Meet / Zoom) with prospects to present the company's offerings and understand client requirements.
  • Record and share Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), capturing requirements, discussion points, and next steps.
  • Maintain professional and timely email communication with prospects and internal teams.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handoff.
  • Update lead status, follow-up schedules, and conversion data in CRM or spreadsheets.
  • Share weekly/monthly reports summarizing outreach metrics — calls made, meetings booked, conversion ratios, and insights.
  • Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B cold calling, tele-sales, or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent spoken and written English is a must.
  • Ability to write professional emails and MOMs independently.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, or similar lead tools.
  • Proficient with MS Excel / Google Sheets, CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot), and virtual meeting tools (Google Meet, Zoom).
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable handling high outbound volume calls/day).
  • Good understanding of IT / tech / infrastructure industry preferred but not mandatory.
