This team will fuel our 2026 Blue Ocean Strategy, transforming us from a data provider into the world's most powerful Growth Partner — delivering full-funnel activation, demand generation, and deal conversion for clients across 189 countries.

You will join a global elite team responsible for executing:

  • Cold Email Campaigns (highly personalized + AI-assisted)

  • LinkedIn Outreach & Social Selling

  • Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads

  • Lead Nurturing & Retargeting

  • ICP intelligence + Intent-driven outreach

Your mission is to generate consistent qualified meetings, drive ROI, and position Champions Group as the #1 choice for growth.

  1. WHAT YOU WILL DO

A. Cold Email Outreach (Core Responsibility)

  • Run unlimited cold email campaigns using warmed-up email systems

  • Craft hyper-personalized messages using AI + intent insights

  • Maintain strict delivery best practices (domain health, throttling, sequencing)

  • Deploy 1000–5000 targeted emails/day with 30+ lead output per rep

  • A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs, and sequencing

  • Monitor deliverability, open rate, reply rate, conversion, and inbox placement

B. Multichannel Paid Campaign Execution

  • Run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads across multiple geos

  • Optimize for conversions, retargeting, and pipeline velocity

  • Execute full-funnel demand generation (awareness → MQL → SQL → deal)

  • Operate with weekly testing sprints: creatives → audiences → landing pages

  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, CPL, and CPQL metrics for B2B audiences

C. Social Selling + LinkedIn Growth

  • Send ICP-specific LinkedIn DMs, voice notes, and connection strategies

  • Use AI to track & personalize based on real-time news, triggers, & intent

  • Publish optimized content to create thought leadership for clients & brands

D. Data + Intelligence + Reporting

  • Use LakeB2B's data ecosystems (intent, technographics, firmographics)

  • Build dynamic ICP lists + segmentations using AI

  • Create weekly campaign dashboards:

  • Open rate

  • Response rate

  • Positive lead rate

  • Qualified meeting rate

  • ROI tracking

E. Client Growth Enablement

  • Join client calls to present campaign insights

  • Act as growth partners, not service vendors

  • Recommend new angles, channels, and GTM motions
