Role Overview

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive individual to manage guest invitations and oversee episode edits for The Corner Office Show. This role involves coordinating with guests, sending invites, and reviewing podcast edits to ensure quality before final approval.

Key Responsibilities1. Guest Outreach & Coordination

  • Identify and research potential podcast guests (CXOs, Founders, Industry Leaders).
  • Check guests' LinkedIn profiles to confirm their city and coordinate suitable studio location.
  • Draft, personalize, and send guest invites using our standard email format (with embedded video links).
  • Follow up professionally with guests until confirmation.
  • Coordinate shoot dates with guests and internal teams.
  • Maintain a detailed tracker of invited, confirmed, and scheduled guests.
  • Share all necessary references, past episodes, and shoot guidelines with guests.
  • Send timely confirmations and reminders before shoot days.

2. Edit Supervision (No Actual Editing)

  • Review raw and draft versions of podcast episodes sent by the editor.
  • Check for accuracy, quality, branding elements, audio clarity, and overall flow.
  • Identify issues such as long pauses, filler content, missing graphics, poor transitions, incorrect lower thirds, etc.
  • Provide clear and structured feedback to the video editor.
  • Ensure all required changes are properly implemented before final export.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for thumbnails, titles, and uploads after final approval.

Requirements

  • 1 - 5 years of experience in coordination, client communication, content roles, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Ability to give clear feedback and follow up with editors.
  • Good understanding of basic editing elements (cuts, transitions, audio clarity, captions, lower thirds).
  • Strong LinkedIn research skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
