Job Description

  • Work closely with Promoters, CMD and Business Head for Business analysis.
  • Calculation and analysis of free cash flow on monthly basis,
  • Preparing Cash flow budget and tracking the same on Daily basis
  • Preparation & Consolidation of Budgets, Forecast
  • Keeping track / monitoring deposits, commission and Interest to C & F Agents.
  • Monthly MIS preparation on Profit and Loss account division-wise., region wise profitability analysis and exceptional deviations reporting
  • Sales: volume / price variance analysis, COGS analysis, analyse performance with Last FY and Budget
  • Financial Reporting & Statutory Compliance
  • Financial statements preparation and finalization under statutory accounts and group reporting
  • Preparation for quarterly board meetings and audit committee meetings
  • Ownership of books of account - Periodic review of Balance sheet
  • Handling Tax Audits.
  • Handling Cost Audit, statutory Audit and internal audit.
