Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our construction/real estate projects. This role involves managing budgeting, cash flow, financial planning, accounting processes, vendor payments, and project cost monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate financial practices, compliance regulations, taxation, and the ability to guide the company's financial decisions with accuracy and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Management

  • Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor project-wise expenses, cost variances, and financial performance.
  • Maintain effective cash flow management to support project operations.

Accounts & Compliance

  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, RERA, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Project Cost Control

  • Track project costs, material expenses, and contractor payments.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare MIS reports, cost reports, and financial summaries for management.

Vendor & Banking Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for billing, payments, and clarifications.
  • Manage banking operations including loans, fund allocation, and documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Present financial insights, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Process & Policy Implementation

  • Develop and implement financial policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
  • Strengthen finance processes for transparency and efficiency.
  • Support management in financial decision-making and project planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar role in real estate or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project costing, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (preferred).
  • CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification .
  • Strong proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
