Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow multiple social media accounts across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content planning, analytics, campaign execution, and brand building through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain multiple company and client social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and reels in alignment with the brand's voice.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and engagement metrics.
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for creative development.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Run paid social media ad campaigns and monitor performance.
  • Engage with audiences — reply to comments, messages, and maintain page activity.
  • Suggest new strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge:

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media growth.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and content ideation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of proven experience managing multiple social media pages or brands.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
  • On-site role only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹18,000.00 per month
