About the Role

Adhventha Hospital is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visually compelling content for our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform medical and wellness concepts into engaging visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality artwork, graphics, and layouts for digital marketing campaigns (social media posts, ads, stories, banners, infographics, etc.).
  • Design promotional materials for hospital services, health awareness campaigns, events, and community outreach activities.
  • Develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Produce content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create digital assets such as brochures, posters, patient education visuals, newsletters, and display graphics.
  • Edit photos, enhance images, and ensure high-quality output for digital publishing.
  • Work on motion graphics, short videos, and animated content (optional but preferred).
  • Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in healthcare or digital marketing environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred).
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
  • Ability to create medical/health-related content in a user-friendly, visually appealing manner.
  • Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing design standards.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Experience with motion graphics and basic video editing.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience in hospital or healthcare branding.
