We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager to lead daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing a store team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the brand's visual and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, sales targets, and inventory management.
  • Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for stock replenishment, new collections, and marketing activities
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Retail Store Management or Operations.
  • Experience in Fashion, Accessories, Leather, or Footwear brands preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, and retail processes.
  • Ability to work independently, lead a small team, and meet sales goals.
