Job Description: Senior Finance Executive / Assistant Manager Finance

Position Objective: Handling Financial Statements updation, Statutory Financial Reporting and Support in Tax Planning & Projections for group companies

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with legal accountants to update payments and adjustments in Legal Books weekly/monthly
  2. Generate monthly Financial Statements of Legal Books for each business in the group
  3. Supervise preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and schedules for suppliers, customers, and advances
  4. Support Head of Department in preparing projected Financial Statements with actual comparisons and tax projection scenarios
  5. Handle year-end statutory Financial Statements updates, coordinate audit with Tax Advisor, and submit to DGI & CPCC
  6. Support review and revision of SOPs/Business Processes with Tax & Compliance perspective
